Do you practice meditation regularly? I recommend you incorporate this as a lifestyle. So what is Meditation? Meditation is medicine for the mind. It may mean something different for everyone. It means awarenes;watching your breaths; listening and receiving; so long as theses activities are free from distractions in the mind. it's an effective way of meditating. Some may over look the actually practice of meditation and will continue to run themselves like a machine. Eventually, your machine will run out of fuel;you become overwhelmed with life.

The word meditation is derived from two Latin words; meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). It's Sanskrit derivation 'medha' means wisdom.

Here's powerful revelation of meditation as it relates to spiritually. In Proverbs 4:7, it says:
Wisdom is the principle thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all they getting get understanding.

Wisdom is the Word of God: the understanding is the meditation component. To understand your direction, destiny, clarity, your purpose or get clarity on your assignment, you must be quiet.

Sometimes people can sit still in their bodies but they are extremely loud and busy in the mind and spirit. It is imperative that you practice being Still. Just BE! Establish a quite spirit. If you have loudness going on around you, you will never establish clarity. When you are still, that's when God become a greater reality and releases things you couldn't hear when you where loud.
